Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please note:

• Items used or not in original condition will not be eligible for return or refund.
• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain cleaning products are non-returnable once opened.

How to Request a Return

2. Include your order number and a photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
3. Our support team will guide you through the return process.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and the item is received:

• A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• In case of COD orders, you will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item).
